Lunch in the Barn on Saturday 28 November 2020 was the official launch of the Beyond Our Voices charity. Set in the lush, green hills of Franschhoek, Pigcasso the world’s only painting pig, took a once-off stroke against domestic violence.

It was a ‘sty’-lish affair as guests arrived from all over the country to join us on the day.

The vegetarian feast, a harvest table served by Laura Truter catering was complimented by wines sponsored from winemakers of the region.

Lunch was followed by a panel discussion that was streamed across South Africa. Panellists included Dr Helen Moffett, Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng, Bhekisisa Mncube, Lesedi Job, and Professor Barbara Boswell.
